Junior Media Planner and Analyst


As Junior Media Planner, serving major U.S. political organizations and world class non-profit institutions you will be responsible for developing strategic online media plans, negotiating media buys and managing online implementation process. Responsible for presenting strategic media plans and results analysis to clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop reports, analyze online advertising performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make on-going optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure all media placements are running and being tracked by a 3rd party ad server. Monitor delivery levels for placements.
  • Responsible for post campaign reconciliation in order to ensure accurate media delivery by vendors. Make sure proper payment are made and credits applied.
  • Experience in gathering qualitative and quantitative data, performing analysis, developing reports, and create client presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen are a must.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ Years of relevant media planning experience in interactive agency.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Non-profit, Advocacy and Member Organizations experience.
  • Knowledge of media research (Neilsen, @plan, IMS, etc.).
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
