Director of Sales
Plus Three is looking for a seasoned Director of Sales with previous experience selling enterprise software and strategy solutions in Internet infrastructure services and ASP solutions.
Government sales a plus.
As Director of Sales, serving major U.S. political organizations and world class non-profit institutions you will be responsible for developing a market execution plan in conjunction with VP of sales to identify new business opportunities as well as partnership alliances to drive sales.
Generating leads and follow-up with prospective clients and development and presentation of proposals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop sales through hands on sales management and partnership development.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives and provide direction for the team to attain them.
- Spearhead and drive sales strategies and manage the outbound and inbound sales channels.
- Cultivat proactive communications with prospects, build relationships with enterprise customers.
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years sales experience and 3 years experience operating at Director level of a successful company.
- Extensive sales and sales management experience with a strong knowledge of the IT project management, outsourced IT solutions, managed services and Internet solutions.
- Successful track record of closing profitable transactions.
- Solid sales and strategic planning skills.
- An individual with outstanding reputation, a network of relationships and a sense of structuring profitable deals and building significant partner and customer relationships.
